The Central Delaware County Authority was established by municipalities located in the south central part of Delaware County, Pennsylvania.  Our mission is to protect the public health and the environment by transporting wastewater out of the watershed for proper treatment and disposal.  The Authority is currently made up of the following twelve municipalities.
