CDCA passes a resolution each December that establishes our meeting schedule for the upcoming year. That schedule is then advertised in the local paper with county wide distribution.
The Authority will meet ten times per year on the second Tuesday of the month. (There are no meetings in February and August.) Meetings will be held on the following dates:

Meetings are held in the Authority office at 212B Unity Terrace in Rutledge, PA.

The first order of business is to allow all of our guests an opportunity to talk to the Authority members. You will be asked to state your name and the community you live in. A summary of your comments will be included in our minutes.
The Authority will schedule Special Meetings as the need arises. Special meetings will be advertised in the local newspaper and will also be listed on this page.
Finance Committee meetings will be held four times a year. Meetings will be at the Authority's office at 7:00 pm. We will meet on the following dates during 2013:
February 5, May 7, August 5, and October 29

Meetings will be cancelled for inclement weather. If the weather is bad please call the office number 610-544-9944 two hours before the meeting is to start. The answering machine will announce any meeting cancellation unless it has been posted below.
